ASH Abstract and Presentation from the Burkitt Lymphoma Genome Sequencing Project
At the ASH annual meeting December, 2021, Nicole Thomas, Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, Simon Fraser University, B.C, Canada, presented an Abstract entitled "Novel genetic subgroups inform on shared pathobiology within adult and pediatric Burkitt Lymphoma". She presented findings demonstrating a shared pathogenesis between adult and pediatric Burkitt Lymphoma that show genetic subtypes within BL that delineate cases with distinct molecular and clinical features".
